Petition for Jail Time for DOG thieves in Texas!

Brad Kirby is a husky owner who lives in Dallas Texas. Unfortunately Brad had some huskies stolen right from his front yard. He knew exactly who took the dogs but because there is not set law against dog theives, this guy got away with it. To read more about Brad's story click here.
Because of his lose, Brad has made it his mission to get as many signatures for his petition as possible.
"This is an effort to have better laws agains dog theft. Stealing dogs for ransom, fighting, or just selling the dog for cash is a big problem in Texas and we need tougher laws against it. A House Bill in Austin, that would have given a dog thief a fine of up to $10,000 and/or 18 months in jail, was dropped for the second time. The people we sent to Austin to help with our laws do not know how much we care about our dogs."
